They have built a company intranet that encourages stores to talk directly to the board directors. Financial assistance and training programs/retreats are offered to all franchisees. A personalized support program is implemented for all franchises, providing the core knowledge necessary for retail in the pet industry and supplying management and systems support tailored to the store owner’s needs and experience.
