To help you achieve franchise success, Jimmy John's has all new franchisees participate in a 7-week training program. This program consists of 3 weeks of Certified Manager Training and 4 weeks of real-life management experience by way of our Apprenticeship Program in an existing location. Once completed, franchisees receive continuing support, including on-site reviews.
